Welcome to Yoga Lab
‘Move as you were made to move!’ is our motto. Our style is therefore called Natural Alignment, Natural Movement. Our yoga style is very practical, down to earth and the material is applicable in daily life. Main topics mostly concern improving the alignment of the body, by first making it relax to be able to make it consciously move and build up strength and inner space.
Yoga Lab has a wide range of classes including Yoga, TRE (Tension Releasing Exercises), Posture Therapy but also Qi Kung. In addition, we offer many interesting workshops and yoga trips.
Most classes are taught in Dutch, but since we receive more and more requests from native people, we decided to introduce an English spoken class on Mondays at 20:00 – 21:30 o’ clock.
Especially for the newcomers, there is an inexpensive introduction card of 10 lessons which gives you the time to explore whether Yoga Lab has what you’re looking for.
